Delivery terms are next day despatch for items in stock

Our office is open Monday to Friday and standard deliveries within the UK and Northern Ireland are despatched next day via First Class post, using the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ service with proof of posting, which will require your signature upon receipt of goods. This means you should normally receive your package usually within 48 hours* (however be aware that The Royal Mail quote up to 3 working days for this service). For our customers in the Republic of Ireland we will send shipments via Airmail. Please make sure you allow 3-5 days for this service.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.
Orders placed on a bank holiday will also be despatched the day after.
Delivery is a flat rate fee of £1.99 which is payable at checkout stage; please complete our order form which will then take you into the link for Paypal, please complete both order form and the Paypal request. You do not require a Paypal account to pay by this method, but can pay via Paypal with your chosen card details.

For those who do not wish to pay via Paypal, we will accept payment in the form of personal cheque, postal order or bankers draft, please make payable to Mad About Horses.

Overseas deliveries are sent via Airmail (this is not a signed for service), the standard flat rate fee of £1.99 at checkout stage covers this. We cannot guarantee delivery times for this service.

Alternatively, deliveries overseas can also select the Airsure® option which can be quicker than Airmail and gives priority handling; within 2-3 days for Europe and no more than 5 days worldwide. If you prefer this option select the upgrade fee which is £4.50 extra. Total cost for this service is £6.49.


For items not in stock

If an item is currently out of stock, we will flag it up in the item description.
You can email us if you require an out of stock item and we can advise you of timescales if we can, sometimes items will be out of stock with the manufacturer and it may be harder to determine those respective lead times.

You may need to allow 3-5 working days for delivery on certain items. Such items have been flagged up in the product description.
