AIRMAIL Overseas deliveries are sent via Airmail (this does not require a signature), the standard flat rate fee of £2.95 at checkout stage covers this. We cannot guarantee delivery times for this service. Please check with your local mail office for items that have not been delivered within 3-4 weeks, the local customs authorities may have held onto the package for payment of duty on your item. We are not responsible for payment of duty on your item, this is the customers responsibility. Once your package has left the UK, we are not responsible for non-delivery of items sent by standard Airmail. AIRSURE INSURED SHIPMENT The only way to insure your shipment is to select the Airsure option which costs £5.00 + standard shipping fees of £2.95, TOTAL COST £7.95. This is quicker than Airmail and gives priority handling; within 2-3 days for Europe and no more than 5 days worldwide. This option includes insurance, standard Airmail does not. Please note the customer is responsible for insuring their shipment. Mad About Horses cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
