Guarantee MAD ABOUT HORSES will endeavour never to despatch faulty items, however in the unlikely event of goods being faulty or damaged in the post we offer a full 7-day money back guarantee, or we will offer a replacement. Please let us know immediately and arrange to post the goods back to us. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for those items said to be faulty or damaged on delivery. The customer will be responsible for postage costs of the original purchase, we will bear the postage costs of replacement items. All products are guaranteed for 7 days to cover manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not extend to accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of an item by a customer. Refunds If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, notify us stating the reason why, within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will subsequently issue you with a refund for your goods providing the items have been returned to us undamaged within 7 days. When refunding the customer, postage costs of the original order will not be refunded.
