We use Paypal, their server is secure so you can have peace of mind making your payment, please note you do not need a Paypal account in order to pay.

 

If you do not have a Paypal account

You can click on “I do not have a Paypal account” and you may sign in as a guest using the card details of your choice. You may even do this if you do have a Paypal account.

Mad About Horses do NOT have access to your payment details, only Paypal have access to this private information. If your payment is successful you will receive a separate confirmation message from Paypal to say that your payment has been processed. 

 

Cheque payment

We regret we no longer take cheque payments.

 

Same or next (working) day despatch

NO DELIVERIES AT WEEKENDS

Packaging and delivery is £2.95

Your jewellery items are packaged in our branded gift boxes and bagged. 

 

Normal order items are packaged up and processed for same or next working day despatch. Special order items may take longer (5-7 days) we flag these up in the product descriptions.

 

We use Royal Mail, first class for items under £30.00. We use Royal Mail’s Signed For delivery service for items over £30.00. This requires a signature upon receipt. 

If there is nobody available to sign for your package, the item will be returned to your local sorting office (or the nearest sorting office to the delivery post code). Always check locally before contacting us for non-delivery. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by Royal Mail, if you have a complaint, it is advisable to contact your local sorting office.

 

For our customers in the Republic of Ireland we will send shipments via Airmail.
